Nobody is rooting for you to fail

I read this today, and coincidentally my friend just shared this with me too, so I think the universe is trying to say something. Whoever you are: Nobody is rooting for you to fail! And really, nobody's looking. As Dr. Doug Lisle says in his talks on self-esteem vs. self confidence (available on Youtube)... The first person you should seek esteem from is yourself. Forget the crowd. In the end, it's your own opinion of yourself that determines your happiness.
