An overlooked ingredient for healthy development

First day of Master’s in Counseling program today. First class today, Life Span Development. We were asked “what can facilitate healthy development?” One answer I loved was “good sleep.”

Highly underrated, among a sea of popular answers like “support” and “love.”

I feel more love and am able to love more when I have slept enough.

Today I experienced  genuine connections, enthralling material, and exciting times. I attended class while in a room with someone who makes me feel like the world is complete. I’m so happy for the future, and feel connected and close with the world. Good vibes, goodnight, and tomorrow shall be the start of a mini-vacation to the Monterey Bay.
